This includes the popular TSXXX series adjustable mounts sold for 1/2-ton, 3/4-ton, and 1-ton truck applications. If your Tow & Stow uses a standard 5/8-inch cross-pin (the most common configuration), the TS51241 is your lock.

Note on 2-1/2 inch receiver applications: If your truck uses a 2-1/2 inch receiver with a correspondingly larger Tow & Stow shank, verify the pin hole diameter on your specific ball mount before ordering. The TS51241 is sized for the standard 2-inch receiver / 5/8-inch pin hole configuration.

Installation — No Tools Required

• Remove the existing hitch pin and hair-pin clip from your receiver and Tow & Stow shank.
• Insert the TS51241 lock body through the receiver and shank pin hole exactly as you would a standard hitch pin.
• Insert the key, turn to the locked position, and remove the key.
• Store the key in a safe location — the lock cannot be opened without it.

Maintenance Tip: Apply a small amount of graphite lubricant or lock lubricant to the key cylinder once or twice per season, especially if the vehicle is exposed to road salt, rain, or dusty conditions. Avoid oil-based lubricants that attract grit.
